Privacy notice
Last updated 2 November 2026.
This notice explains what happens to the information you give us on this website. It covers this website only.
Who we are
Kordin is a product of stack8s Ltd (company number 16117103, registered in England and Wales), whose registered office is 39–41 North Road, Om328, London, England, N7 9DP. It is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at shubham@stack8s.com.
What we collect
We collect what you type into our forms:
- Early access: your email address, what you want to build, and anything you add about your project.
- GPU quote: your work email, the model, the GPU, how many, how long, and anything else you add.
- Contact: your name, your email address, the topic and your message.
- Partners: your name, your email address, your company and website, the type of provider you are, the GPUs and capacity you could offer, your locations, and anything else you add.
We also receive the date and time you sent the form, and which form it was. Please don’t send us anything sensitive through these forms.
Framer, which hosts this site, checks submissions for spam and limits how often a form can be sent. Technical details such as your IP address are used for this and may appear in Framer’s server logs.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website sets no cookies. It keeps a few small items in your browser, on your device: your light or dark and motion settings, any repository you ask it to look at, and form answers you haven’t sent yet so you don’t lose them if you move between pages. We don’t receive these items. Unsent form answers are removed when you close the tab or send the form. You can clear the rest in your browser settings.
We count visits using Framer’s built-in analytics, which uses no cookies and no persistent identifier. Framer says it hashes IP addresses and browser details with a salt that it deletes every day, so it can’t recognise you from one day to the next. We see totals, such as visits, pages, and estimated country and device type, not individuals.
We use no advertising or tracking networks.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details to answer what you asked: to reply about early access, send an invitation and onboarding information if we can offer you a place, prepare a GPU quote, answer your message or look at a partnership. We use visit totals to understand which pages are useful.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch, and replying is what you would expect. You can object at any time, and we will stop.
We will not add you to a marketing list, send you a newsletter, or pass your details to anyone else to market to you. If we ever want to send you something beyond what you asked for, we will ask first.
Who else can see it
These companies handle information for us:
- Framer B.V. (Netherlands) hosts this website, runs its analytics and receives what you send through our forms, then passes it to us by email. Its hosting runs on Amazon Web Services.
- Google runs the email system where your form submission reaches us.
Some features contact other companies from your browser, which shares your IP address with them:
- Google Fonts supplies one of the site’s fonts, so your browser fetches it from Google’s servers.
- esm.sh supplies code for the 3D logo on the home page.
- Hugging Face receives the model name if you search for a model or add one in the GPU finder.
- GitHub receives the repository name if you ask the site to look at a public repository.
- ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity open in a new tab only if you choose one under “Explain Kordin to my AI”. The summary goes with you, and those services’ own terms then apply.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Where it’s processed
Framer and Google may process information outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, safeguards recognised under UK and EU data protection law apply, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for 12 months after our last contact with you, after which we delete it. If you become a customer or partner, your information is kept under the agreement we sign with you instead. Framer’s visit totals don’t identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also ask us to send it to you in a portable format. Write to shubham@stack8s.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will email you about it.
