Founding and Base include $30 of usage every month. A small app fits inside it, so you pay only the plan fee.

Totals include your plan fee and $30 credit, excluding VAT. Past the credit, dedicated CPU is $15 per vCPU and $6 per GB of memory a month ($0.0205 and $0.0082 an hour). Hosts that bill on actual use cost less for quieter apps.
